MAKING A PURCHASE
Orders And Acceptance:
When you place an order, Carol Endean Little will send you a confirmation email with the details of your order. This is not an acceptance of your order. Orders are only accepted when Carol Endean Little expressly notifies you of its acceptance. Carol Endean Little reserves the right to accept or decline, in whole or in part, any order placed by you.
Carol Endean Little will notify you as soon as possible regarding the availability of the products you have ordered. If Carol Endean Little advises you that a product you have ordered is no longer available, your order will be automatically declined.
If a product you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, of Special Order, or On Order, Carol Endean Little will place that product on order and supply it when stock becomes available, unless you notify us that you wish to cancel the order which you may do any time before the product is shipped. Carol Endean Little will advise you of the delay.

The prices displayed on our Web Site may differ from prices that are available in our gallery, art galleries an other places where the products are displayed. All prices quoted on this Web Site include Australian Goods and Services Tax (where applicable).
Delivery And Risk:
Carol Endean Little will endeavour to deliver products for accepted orders to the shipping address specified in your order on or before any estimated delivery date, including those set out in the Product Descriptions of our Web Site. Carol Endean Little does not warrant or undertake that it will do so.
All risk in the products will pass to you once the products are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.
Shipping Fee
A shipping fee will apply to all shipments of Carol Endean Little products, unless a shipping offer states that Carol Endean Little will ship to the purchaser free of charge. These fees are in addition to the product price. Our shipping and processing charges are intended to ensure delivery is made to you, in the most economical manner, and will not necessarily compensate Carol Endean Little for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. We encourage you to review detailed information about our shipping and processing fees.
Occasionally we will offer special promotions to our customers that we refer to as “special offers” or “special offer”. This can include a gift with purchase, free shipping, manufacturer offers, or other promotional activity associated with a product purchase. These offers may be for a limited time only.
Payment:
You must enter your payment details at the time you place your order. However, payments will not be processed until availability of the products you ordered have been confirmed and your order has been accepted. All prices are and payment must be made in Australian Dollar currency.
Signature:
All original artwork is signed by Carol Endean Little (CEL) either on the front, underneath or the back. The placement of the signature depends on the piece.
Colours:
Please be aware that all computer screens show colours differently, so the colours you see on your particular screen may vary slightly from those used in the actual piece.
Care Of Artwork:
Always keep your paintings or prints away from strong, direct sunlight, as this could alter the colours over time. Sculptures will require some maintenance depending on the materials used. Recommended maintenance details will be provided with sculptures.
Copyright:
Please note that the sale of artwork does not transfer copyright. The artist retains all copyright privileges and protections. That means you own the actual artwork but not the copyrighted image. Artwork may not be cut and pasted, published, copied, or reproduced in any way, without the written permission of the artist.
CAROL ENDEAN LITTLE RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priorities.
These are our return policies:
Change of mind:
If, for some reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to ensure a positive outcome. Should you wish to return a product – it must be returned in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the shipping cost on returns – mailed or couriered. Please send the return package with insurance, so that we are both covered in case of loss. As soon as we receive your return we will then happily refund the cost of your purchase, minus our shipping costs.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges for changed mind. Returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment; however cash purchase refunds of over $100 will be issued via direct deposit.
We cannot accept returns on special-order, including framed artwork or prints where framing has been personally selected by you, or items damaged through normal wear and tear.

Damaged or faulty items:
For online purchases, we carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any faults or damage immediately.
